Mr. Quach Meng Li hope his explanation will helpful to improve on Cambodia medical professionals.

 Dr. Quach Meng Li, founder of the school and AIS and Aii Institute sent a letter to the Health Professions Act by stating that what he has mentioned in the past is met personal encounter certain situations that he had ever come across. Spiral Meng hopes his interpretation contribute to improving health services.

I would like to emphasize again that what I mentioned is based on the personal encounter with some situations in my past. I did not expect that the interpretation of this personal encounter caused impacts affecting all health profession. However, I recognize that a medical career with a lot of ability and good ethics, and are playing an active role in the life our citizens Khmer . I hope that my interpretation can contribute to improving the quality of our medical services to the people of Cambodia to improve.
